Service Description
Come join in the fun with this child led sensory play experience. Your child can explore all the benefits of messy play without the clean up. OMGF Messy Play is a local Port Stephens based business offering sensory experiences to children aged approx 8 months (able to sit unaided) to 5 years. We pride ourselves in only using 100% food grade ingredients in our play stations (uncooked or cooked) coloured the traditional way - meaning no nasties dyes, paints or sanitisers used on your kids play items. Our infant area offers floor based play trays on waterproof blankets so parents can sit and mingle while their children explore. Standing stations for mobile children of various themes are yours to freely visit and explore. Let them fully emerge themselves in the different textures, scents (where possible) and sounds that come from interacting with sensory materials and a range of small world parts to encourage imaginative play and language skills. OMGF Messy Play Sessions are a very relaxed atmosphere, it is not a led program, but a child led activity where you can stay at one or all play stations as long as you like. We limit numbers to avoid over crowding, so get in quick.

Cancellation Policy
By finalising your booking you are confirming you agree to the booking Policy as stated below: . PRICING & AGE SUITABILITY OMGF "Messy Play" offers sensory experiences for 8 months to 6 years old. Infants should be able to sit unassisted & have exposure to 'solids' as items used in infant tray are not only food grade, but are food based. Price is per child. Siblings (each additional) offered a 25% discount. Siblings MUST be accompanied by the same supervising adult. ACCOMPANYING ADULT This adult is fully responsible for supervising their child/ren. It is up to the adult to know their child's limitations and abilities and if the adult deems an activity to be unsuitable or hazardous based on individual limitations it is their responsibility to remove the child from that particular activity. CANCELLATIONS Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours prior to the session beginning with full refund available. Non attendance notified inside of 72 hrs are entitled to a make-up session for a future event. Only one make-up session is offered per cancellation - if there is non attendance at a make-up session, the booking and fee is forfeited. NO cash refunds will be issued within 72 hours due to perishable items being used & prepared prior to session. If session is cancelled due to weather or insufficient participant numbers a make-up session will be offered. OMGF reserves the right to cancel a session due to emergency or ill staff, in this situation make-up session is offered, if no make-up session is suitable, refund will be issued. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY Damage to OMGF property or venue location is charged to the person/supervising adult responsible, this includes theft of items. OMGF uses food colourings in messy play. This can leave temporary colour transfer on skin. It can also leave colour on clothing. OMGF is not responsible for any colour transfer in clothing or foot ware. . PHOTOGRAPHY OMGF uses still and videography during its sessions. Your booking form gives consent for your child to be photographed during casual play. These videos and photos are used for promotional purposes by OMGF including website, social media and printed publications. If you do not give consent for your child to photographed for this purpose they will be given a coloured wrist band so OMGF is aware during session and while editing photos after the sessions.
