Come join in the fun with this child led sensory play experience. Your child can explore all the benefits of messy play without the clean up. We pride ourselves in only using 100% food grade ingredients in our play stations (uncooked or cooked) coloured the traditional way - meaning no nasties dyes, paints or sanitisers used on your kids play items. Our infant area offers floor based play trays on waterproof blankets so parents can sit and mingle while their children explore. Standing stations for mobile children of various themes are yours to freely visit and explore. Let them fully emerge themselves in the different textures, scents (where possible) and sounds that come from interacting with sensory materials and a range of small world parts to encourage imaginative play and language skills. OMGF Messy Play Sessions are a very relaxed atmosphere, it is not a led program, but a child led activity where you can stay at one or all play stations as long as you like. We limit numbers to avoid over crowding, so get in quick.

OMGF Messy Play is suitable from approximately 8 months old right up to 6 years old. We recommend that infants (under 12 months) are able to sit unassisted and have had some exposure to 'solids' OMGF Messy play can cater to such a large age range as we offer two separate play areas in each messy session - a blanketed infant area for under 12 months, and slightly elevated trays on stands for those that are mobile.

OMGF uses 100% food grade ingredients in our messy play sessions. We are proud to say we colour our sensory bases in traditional ways, meaning no paints, dyes or chemicals - so no nasties ever! Our trays are NOT DESIGNED TO BE CONSUMED - but do offer a safer option for young explorers, being made from food grade ingredients. We love to create our play trays with a mix of sensory items, items from nature and small world (or loose parts) to create a total play experience. From time to time OMGF Messy Play will have a tray that MAY contain a NON food ingredient, ie shave foam. These trays are CLEARLY marked as not safe for the mouth. Allergies? We do ask about allergies on our booking form, however if you or your child have an anaphylactic allergy to foods, please contact PRIOR to the session to discuss.
