Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT AND BOND A $80 deposit is paid by HIRER on booking. 14 -3 days prior to the event 50% deposit is refundable or the date rescheduled subject to availability. NO DEPOSIT REFUNDABLE within a 3 day window of the event. This is due to consumables used for event which are perishable. HIRER pays a $100 bond/security deposit to OMGF for the hire period. Paid as part of the package price. Refund is processed by OMGF within 24 hours of package return. Bond is subject to any damage, missing items, state of returned items (clean). Hirer will be notified PRIOR to any amount of bond being used to compensate for above conditions. Note: Payment Platforms like PayPal/Square can take up to 5 days to clear once OMGF have processed (this time varies based on your financial institution)
